Located on the SW tip of England, Cornwall is a beautiful coastal county.
The landscape invites you to take long walks, dive into active adventures, and commune with nature.
The food scene is vibrant, there's no shortage of gin & ciders, and the people are friendly.
Its laid back vibe is perfect to slow down the pace and immerse yourself into simply being.
630 miles of trail will lead you through quaint fishing villages and over clifftop views that will make you swoon.
Walk, swim, surf, build sandcastles, rest, ponder, daydream and let the ocean heal your mind & body.

My Cornwall Travel Philosophy...
It's not hard to fall in love with Cornwall. I did on my first visit & it has since become a sacred travel space. A place of healing & self- discovery, Cornwall will always be on the agenda.
From a well-being standpoint, Cornwall is definitely one of the best destinations I've found to recharge and rebalance the mind, body, & spirit. Making it an ideal wellness travel destination.
I first went for the hiking and quickly realized it was so much more.
Almost completely surrounded by the sea, it's 300 miles of dramatic coastline that invite you into experiencing its intimate world.
Spectacular beaches, quiet coves, quaint fishing villages, & endless trails lead you to whatever it is you need the most. Rest, relaxation, rejuvenation, peace, solitude or to commune with others. You'll find everything you dreamed of, and more!
BOSCASTLE TO TINTAGEL //
This stretch of The SW Coast Path has some of the best views on the north coast. Open, dramatic, & life changing in my book. This 5.5 mile hike was my first in Cornwall & marks the spot I fell in love.
ST IVES TO ZENNOR //
Follow the SW Coast Path along wild & rugged coastline for a 6.5 mile trek that is rocky, moderately challenging, and so worth the effort. Stunning sea views, delightful coves, & playful seals will leave you feeling connected & inspired.
PENZANCE TO MOUSEHOLE //
This 3 mile walk offers a lit bit of everything. It takes you from the Penzance boardwalk to Newlyn, with it's docks, quays, & fish markets, before arriving in the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole. A perfect spot to relax & enjoy the scenery.
Cornwall was made for rambling. It's a perfect way to take in the beauty of nature while immersing in the history & heritage dotted across the landscape.
If you're in Cornwall, then a dip in the ocean is a must! My favorite spots are The Whitesands Bay at Sennen Cove (Blue Flag) & the laid back gem of Mawgan Porth.
Cornwall is home to some of the best surfing in the UK. Don't worry, many places offer lessons for the newbies ready to leave their comfort zone & give it a try.
Cycling is a relaxing way to slow the pace & take in the landscape. Try the Camel Trail for off-road leisure or The Mineral Tramways Trail for spotting abandoned mines.
Connect With Nature
Cornwall is the perfect place to escape, disconnect, & experience nature.
WATCH A SUNSET //
There are no shortage of spectacular places to watch the sun go down in Cornwall. It's always on my evening agenda, and my two most memorable sunsets a have been at Tintagel & Porthmeor Beach in St. Ives.
THE EDEN PROJECT //
You can pass an entire day at the renown tropical garden. It's a fun & fascinating learning day out. You'll walk away with a great appreciation for the relationship between humans & plants.
ABANDONED MINES //
Cornwall is unparalleled in its abundance of abandoned mines. Being at one with nature and exploring allows you to more deeply appreciate the relationship between the Cornish & the sea. Many overlook the ocean, a powerful experience. My favorites are the Poldark featured Botallack Crowns & Wheal Coates.
ST NECTAN'S GLEN // TINTAGEL
A walk in this ancient woodland is a spiritual experience. The path meanders through unspoilt beauty was considered a sacred place during King Arthur's time & a Christian shrine was built during the 6th century. You'll feel at one with nature.
ST. SENARA'S CHURCH // ZENNOR
This 6th century restored Celtic church is a peaceful place to rest for a while. Located in Zennor, on The Penwith Peninsula, I wandered in at the end of a hike from St. Ives. The inside is architecturally inspiring and there's a special energy here.
CAPE CORNWALL // ST. JUST
This location is unpopulated perfection! Not far from Land's End, this spot on the SW Coast Path is an ideal spot to sit at the end of the day and watch the sun tuck itself into the horizon. The rays glistening across the waves is memorable.
Relax in Quiet Places
A few places to rest, relax & find peace & quiet.
Seek Out Mindful Spaces
Use your senses to be present in the moment & cultivate well-being.
BEACHES & COVES //
Beaches are the heartbeat of Cornwall. Given that you are never more than 10 miles from a beach, this is a wonderful way to pause and immerse yourself mindfully in the present moment. Whether you walk, watch the sunset, collect shells, or sand paint.
MINACK THEATRE //
This unique open-air theatre is perched on the cliffs of the Atlantic overlooking Porthcurno. Whether you take in a show or simply explore the granite perch built by hand, it's a mindful and one of a kind experience.
COFFEE WITH A VIEW //
Why not combine your coffee or tea ritual with some inspirational scenery? Whether you grab a cuppa at a food truck or find a terraced view, its the perfect way to pause & soak in the moment.
