Whether it’s uplifting, relaxing, or a motivational tune, choose one that brings you joy. It’s an ideal way to tune into your senses and be present n the moment.
2. Set an Intention
Words manner and an intention is a simple opportunity to set a positive tone for the day.
An intention is a reminder of how you want to live your life. So it’s an ideal opportunity to choose a word or mantra that will empower or inspire.

Personally, I like to close my eyes and add visualization to the process, so I can also embody the statement.
